Elizabeth was super sweet to work with! I made a cake order about a month prior to the date it was requested for and she was able to execute exactly what I asked for. She was very easy to communicate with (via email or phone) as I am from NY. I ordered Dulce De Leche cake and it taste exactly like it! If you are in Grand Cayman and looking for the perfect cake or desserts, Jazzy Cakes it the company to contact! We were there recently for a friend’s surprise milestone birthday trip, and Elizabeth was so easy to work with. I contacted her the month prior to work out the details and the cake was delivered promptly on our event day, right to our house we were renting. The cake was gorgeous and tasted even more delicious! Not one crumb was left!

Initial Customer Service: The customer service you provided was attentive, warm and friendly! You made me feel comfortable in making a decision on a service that I really had no reference to. You were patient and knowledgeable about the product offerings available and assisted me in making informed choices. ✅✅✅✅✅
Delivery Service: The delivery was expected and was on time. You communicated and delivered timely. This was greatly appreciated.  In addition, the presentation was excellent and the transparent cover was nice touch to see the product on display! ✅✅✅✅✅
Cake Presentation: Absolutely gorgeous. The cake was beautifully made and received comments such as "Ohhh" "Ahhh" "Its so pretty!" "Wow" ✅✅✅✅✅
Taste: It is said, "the proof is in the pudding". After all of the wonderful customer and delivery service and presentation, the experience of eating is what matters most!  I can safely report that the cake was PHENOMENAL! 🤩   The cake was soft and moist and the hazelnut filling complimented the vanilla to perfection! Your cake converted 17 sinners who never experienced the nirvana you created! lol ✅✅✅✅✅
